प्राण-बल से सम्पन व्यक्ति ही संसार समर में विजय हासिल कर पाते हैं तथा कुछ महत्वपूर्ण कहा जाने योग्य काम कर पाते हैं। मनोबल-संकल्पबल की दृढ़ता प्राणतत्व के आधार पर ही बनती है। जो हर प्रकार की सफलताओं का आधार बनती है। आध्यात्मिक क्षेत्र में प्राणवान ही सफल होते और कुछ महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धियाँ अर्जित कर पाते हैं। कुछ को यह सम्पदा जन्म-जन्मान्तरों की साधना के फलस्वरूप अनायास ही मिल जाती है। पर विशिष्ट साधना प्रक्रिया अपनाकर हर कोई प्राण के लहलहाते महासागर में से अपनी झोली भर सकता और प्राण सम्पन्न बन सकता है। विविध प्रयोजनों के लिए प्राण प्रक्रिया के अनेकों भेद-उपभेद हैं। परंतु इन सबमे श्रेष्ठ और समर्थ साधना वह है, जिससे अपने भीतर पड़े शक्ति के भाण्डागार को जाग्रत जकिया जा सके।

Which forms the basis of all kinds of success. In the spiritual field, only the souls are successful and are able to earn some important achievements. Some get this wealth unintentionally as a result of the practice of birth after birth. But by adopting the specific cultivation process, everyone can fill his bag from the swirling ocean of life and become full of life. There are many variations of the life process for different purposes. But the best and most capable of all these sadhanas is that, through which the storehouse of energy lying within can be awakened.
